Il s'agit de 55 Milano, qui, tout en conservant le format éprouvé et l'exclusivité de l'ancien Roialto, entend encore s'améliorer et offrir plus à ses clients. Situé via Piero della Francesca 55, dans l'un des quartiers les plus prestigieux et les plus recherchés de Milan, près de l'ancienne gare de Bullona, le 55, créé de manière créative à partir d'un ancien dépôt ferroviaire, offre mille mètres carrés d'espace ouvert pouvant être divisé selon les besoins et six cents mètres carrés de terrasse. Le comptoir cubain de vingt-cinq mètres en noyer de 1927, illuminé par un imposant lustre de la même période historique, encadre le lieu en le rendant encore plus original et unique. 55 Milano veut maintenir le concept précis et inimitable qui a fait de ce lieu historique, accueillant les hôtes dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et raffinée pour les apéritifs et après le dîner.
